Children's Librarians OUT to Lunch (CLOUT)

This is a group of librarians from the Kankakee area that meet to share ideas and concerns and work on joint projects. Meetings are usually face-to-face at a Kankakee-area library.

This group of youth services librarians shares stories and other program ideas. Meetings usually take place face-to-face at public libraries in the southeast corner of PALS.
West of 47
West of 47 is a network of librarians primarily from small and medium libraries in the LaSalle region. Meetings begin at 9:30 with breakfast at the Starved Rock Lodge. At 10:30 the group moves to the Great Hall, where participants are encouraged to share ideas, programs, concerns and questions. Meetings are informal with lots of time for networking.
Young Adult Librarians Exchanging (YALE)
YALE is a group of YA librarians in the Quad-Cities area who meet monthly and share books, programming ideas and other information. They also hold an annual Teen Reading Challenge. Meetings usually takes place face-to-face at various locations.
