The Illinois State Library Literacy Office is pleased to announce that effective at 8:00 a.m. March 11, the web-based version of the Penny Severns Summer Family Literacy Grant application will become available. Once the web-based application is posted, the PDF version will no longer be available. Please plan accordingly.
