PrairieCat ILL Barcode Order Form

Use this form to order your library's PrairieCat ILL barcode.

PrairieCat charges an ILL barcode fee of $600/year for FY2012 (or equivalent to the base Union List membership) for any RAILS member library that is not a member of a consortium that allows for direct requests by other RAILS member libraries (SHARE Illinois, I-SHARE). Libraries may opt to purchase the limited ILL barcode for half the fee which allows the user to place only up to 100 holds per year. Libraries can also opt to upgrade to the unlimited hold barcode during the year if 100 holds are not sufficient.

Barcode expires one year after issuance.
