Cataloging Maintenance Center
PALS is home to one of three CMCs in Illinois.
Supported by the Illinois State Library, our Cataloging Maintenance Center serves PALS and the North Suburban Library System. We offer original cataloging for books, videorecordings, CDs and other audio recordings, digital content, electronic resources and software, serials, maps, realia, microfim, genealogy materials, and more. Any print or non-print item not in WorldCat is eligible.
PrairieCat members and ISL grant recipients (e.g., LSTA grants requiring holdings to be entered in OCLC) may use CMC services.
