It's possible to receive feeds directly into your email, instead of using an RSS feeder/aggregator.

Email Software

Current email clients include the ability to subscribe to feeds.

• Microsoft Outlook 2007 has built-in functionality for feeds. A third-party add-on called RSS Popper is available for subscribing to feeds in earlier versions of Outlook.
• Mozilla Thunderbird also has direct RSS capabilities.

These sites allow you to enter a feed's address and your email, and convert the feed into messages sent to you.
