Remittance To PALS:
As a result of the merger, PALS has secured a lockbox for all payments due to the System. Please direct all payments to our remittance address:

We intend to send invoices to most of our members via PALS van delivery, however we ask that you please DO NOT return payment to any PALS Service Center. Invoices generated by PALS will include the remittance address on them.
Please use this address only for remittance of payments. All other correspondence with PALS should be sent to the service center addresses listed above.
***Please note that ILEBP invoices issued c/o the Shorewood Service Center must be submitted to the Shorewood address listed on the invoice. Please do not send PALS and ILEBP payments in the same envelope as they are two different legal entities.
