The main meeting location is Metropolitan Library System (125 Tower Drive, Burr Ridge, IL), with videoconference connections with the following locations:
- PALS Coal Valley (220 West 23rd Avenue, Coal Valley, IL).
- LaSalle Public Library (305 Marquette Street, LaSalle, IL) - please contact Laura Frizol (lfrizol@lasalle.lib.il.us) if you plan to attend there.
- Sycamore Public Library (103 East State Street, Sycamore, IL ) - please contact Sarah Tobias (saraht@sycamorelibrary.org) if you plan to attend there.
- Alliance Library System (600 High Point Lane, East Peoria, IL).
- Illinois State Library (300 South Second Street, Springfield, IL).
